- Added fourth completed certification: Introduction to Model Context Protocol

- Moved PDF certificate from Downloads to repository
- Generated PNG version for visual display in README
- Updated certificate count badge from 3 to 4
- Updated learning path diagram to show MCP as completed
- Added MCP Advanced Topics as currently in progress course
- Updated skills matrix to reflect 100% MCP proficiency
- Enhanced timeline to include both MCP courses
- Maintained consistent formatting and visual presentation
