Bump mysql2 and n8n-core
Removes [mysql2](https://github.com/sidorares/node-mysql2). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [n8n-core](https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n). These dependencies need to be updated together.
Removes `mysql2`
Updates `n8n-core` from 1.14.1 to 1.81.0
